At Designs by Grace, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Given the unique nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds for matters of personal preference. We only offer returns if your product suffers damage during the shipping process. Please understand that, by nature, upcycled products may contain minor imperfections. If your order is damaged, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure a hassle-free experience. Please review the following guidelines for returning products purchased:

 

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, including all original tags, labels, and packaging.

  • Products that are damaged, altered, used, or missing original components may not be eligible for a return.

 

2. Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed reason for the return

  • Photographs of the product if it arrived damaged or defective

 

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was received in a damaged or defective condition. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

  • Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If the return is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the desired product separately.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Some products may not be eligible for return. These may include but are not limited to:

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Clearance or final sale items
